Potter County charged Randall County inmate Jesse Fernandez, age 33 with a Parole Violation. Deputies arrested Clarissa Dutra Fields, age 48 of Cypress, Texas Thursday at 3:30pm on Western Plaza Drive for three Out-Of-County charges. PCSO arrested 18-year-old Alejandro Gonzalez-Moreno Thursday afternoon at 2 in the 3100 block of Julian Blvd for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person with Intent for Bodily Injury.

Sheriffs arrested Megan Rayann Lewis, age 39 Thursday at 11:20am in the 4500 block of Canyon Drive for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Habitation with intent to commit a Felony. PCSO arrested 42-year-old Raymundo Moreno Navarrete Thursday at 11:58am in the 2100 block of South Grand for Assault on a Family or Household Member with a previous Conviction and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.

Thursday night at 11:11, Deputies arrested 44-year-old Antoinette LeDawn Pennebecker in the 2500 block of Northeast 24th for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge. Deputies arrested 35-year-old Santiago Porras Thursday at 4:30pm in the 400 block of South Georgia for Terroristic Threat Causing Imminent Fear and a City Charge. Bond was set at $7,500 for 24-year-old Andrew Jeremiah Rojas who was arrested Thursday morning at 2:30 in the 5900 block of Plum Creek Drive for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Potter County charged Randall County inmate Loraine Romero, age 43 with a Parole Violation. PCSO arrested 29-year-old Carlos Andrew Torres Thursday at 10:45am in the 3500 block of South Washington for Burglary of a Habitation.
