Potter County Sheriffs arrested 54-year-old Javier Aguilar Wednesday morning at 11:45 in the 600 block of North Garfield for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and a Parole Violation. Deputies arrested Mya Monique Dickson, age 27 of Plainview Wednesday at 5am in the 1500 block of South Coulter for Failure to Identify by Giving False Information, Resisting Arrest and three Out-Of-County Charges, bond was set at $2,000. PCSO arrested 17-year-old Kayden Franklin Wednesday at 9:06am in the 1400 block of South Grant at Palo Duro High School for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2.
Potter County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Safiya Ali Mohamed Wednesday afternoon at 2:45 int he 2800 block of North Grand for Injury to a Child/Elderly or Disabled Person. Sheriffs arrested Diamonique Jabrell Moses, age 30 Wednesday at 2:50pm in the 300 block of South Lipscomb for A City Charge, JP Charge and Evading Arrest. Bond was set at $1,000 for 46-year-old Marty Ann Herrera who was arrested Wednesday at 7:38pm in the 1300 block of Bluebell for a City Charge, two JP Charges, Resisting Arrest & Evading Arrest.
Potter County Detention Center inmate 26-year-old Taylan Hunter Palmer was charged Wednesday with Theft of Property between $100 and $750. PCSO arrested Lourdes Perez Perez, age 48 Wednesday afternoon at 12:30 in the 100 block Of North Tennessee for a City Charge and Parole Violation. Potter County charged Randall County Jail inmate Moses Galvan Rico, Junior age 55 Wednesday with Possession of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and a Parole Violation.

Deputies arrested 21-year-old William Gerrick Sanders Wednesday night at 8:20 in the 1500 block of Bell for Criminal Trespass and a City Charge. Bond was set at $7,000 for 45-year-old Patrick Soria who was arrested Wednesday morning at 2:26 at Southeast 6th and Ross for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Potter County charged Randall County Jail inmate Juan Luis Soto-Morales, age 25 Wednesday with an ICE Hold, A Federal Charge, Evading Arrest and two Out-Of-County charges.
