Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 Board To Meet Thursday

The Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 Board of Directors will meet Thursday at 12Noon in Room 1500 or the Amarillo City Hall at 623 South Johnson. The Board will hear a presentation of the final report regarding the hotel market study conducted by L.W. Hospitality Advisors. They will also hold discussion and consideration of the agreement regarding project support the for Friends of AJ Swope First Responders Memorial at 11th and Polk. The Board will also approve minutes from their previous and take public comments which are limited to three minutes per person.
