Bond was set at $500 for 59-year-old Ramiro Hinostrosa-Fuentes who was arrested Monday at 1:54pm for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Potter County S.O. arrested Ana Rocio Perez, age 47 Monday at 1:54pm for two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond was set at $881.
